What BXG does

You negotiate. We do everything else

A stand alone doesn't bring contacts. Preparation before the show and follow-up after it do, and that is the part we take on.

01🤝

We schedule meetings with buyers before departure

Our team in Tashkent and our agent network look for agricultural holdings, poultry farms, feed mills and distributors for your product in Uzbekistan and neighbouring countries. We vet each one: profile, volumes, interest. We send them your offer and draw up a schedule of meetings at your stand for all 3 days.

A stand that works

Design for the task: where to place equipment, where to show samples, where to negotiate. Construction, furniture, lighting, power supply, regional or company branding.

03💳

We handle all the payment hassle

We pay the organizer ourselves. You pay us in rubles under a Russian contract and receive a full set of closing documents. Deferred payment is possible.

04📦

Samples and equipment arrive on time

Delivery of samples and equipment to the stand at Uzexpocentre, customs clearance in Uzbekistan and return shipping after the show.

Preparation for negotiations

Before the trip: a briefing on Uzbekistan's agricultural market, price benchmarks, a negotiation script. Talks are in Russian; an Uzbek interpreter is available if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the key questions

We're an ESC. What are the deadlines under the Order?

Under Order No. 2797 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, selection for individual stands takes place before December 1 of the year preceding the show — that is, before December 1, 2026. Preparation of a regional pavilion starts no later than 2 months before, that is, by January 24, 2027. Write now — we'll have time to prepare the documents and book the space.

How do you guarantee meetings?

We schedule meetings in advance with specific companies that have confirmed interest in your product. Before the show you receive their list with a profile of each company. The outcome of the talks depends on your offer, but your stand won't be empty.

Do samples need customs clearance?

Uzbekistan is not a member of the EAEU, so samples and equipment go through customs clearance. We handle it along with delivery to the stand; we'll confirm the procedure for your products when we prepare the quote.

How do we pay?

You pay us in rubles under a contract with a Russian legal entity and receive closing documents. We settle with the organizer and contractors in Uzbekistan ourselves.

Can we get our costs reimbursed?

In many regions, Export Support Centers reimburse SMEs for part of their exhibition costs or organize a regional pavilion themselves. We'll tell you what is available in your region.

We make food products, not equipment. Is this the right show for us?

AgroWorld is a show for agricultural producers: equipment, feed, veterinary products, seeds, machinery. There are separate food exhibitions in Tashkent. Tell us what you make, and we'll suggest the right one.

Do we need a visa?

Russian citizens don't need a visa for Uzbekistan. We arrange flights, the hotel and transfers.
