We are going to North Africa's leading timber and woodworking exhibition. We schedule meetings with buyers from Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and the Gulf states before departure. We take care of the stand, payment to the organizer, samples and interpreters.
Time is short, but there is enough to build the stand and arrange meetings if we start now.
Results of the 10th edition (November 2025), according to the organizer WoodShow Global. 736 international and national brands, 10 national pavilions.
People here don't just look around: they sit down at the table and discuss volumes and prices. Visitors come with specific purchasing tasks.

Commissioned by the Perm Krai Export Support Center, we organized a regional pavilion at Cairo WoodShow. Five timber industry companies — Red October, Perm DSK, RozasForest, Kynovskoy Lespromkhoz and SLZK — presented sawn timber, plywood and wood products to buyers from Egypt and North Africa.

One of the largest timber industry manufacturers has twice exhibited with us at Dubai WoodShow with its own stand: a stand in the corporate style, a sample showcase, a meeting area. In 2026 the company takes part in the show with us for the third time.
Egypt has almost no forests of its own and covers its timber needs with imports. At the same time it has a large export-oriented furniture industry: the furniture city of Damietta, thousands of factories and workshops, and active construction.
Cairo WoodShow is where this industry buys raw materials, panels and machinery. The show is opened by the Chamber of Wood Working and Furniture Industry of the Federation of Egyptian Industries and the Egyptian Furniture Export Council.
Where buyers came from in 2025:
A stand alone doesn't bring contacts. Preparation before the show and follow-up after it do, and that is the part we take on.

Through our agent network and industry databases, we look for importers, distributors and factories for your product in Egypt, North Africa and the Gulf. We vet each one: volumes, profile, interest. We send them your offer in Arabic and English and draw up a schedule of meetings at your stand for all 4 days. You arrive with a schedule.

Yes, if we start now. We work on stands at the shared pavilion and on arranging meetings in parallel. Tight deadlines are exactly when you need a contractor with established processes.
We schedule meetings in advance with specific companies that have confirmed interest in your product. Before the show you receive their list with a profile of each company. The outcome of the talks depends on your offer, but your stand won't be empty.
You pay us in rubles under a contract with a Russian legal entity and receive closing documents. We settle with the organizer and contractors in Egypt ourselves.
In many regions, Export Support Centers reimburse SMEs for part of their exhibition costs or organize a regional pavilion themselves. We'll tell you what is available in your region.
The show covers the whole chain: panels, plywood, coatings, fittings, machinery and tools. If furniture factories or builders need your product, it most likely fits. Write to us and we'll check.
Russian citizens get a visa on arrival. We arrange flights, the hotel and transfers.
