Kazakhstan's largest construction and interiors exhibition since 1994: 442 exhibitors from 28 countries and 7,350 visitors in 2026. We schedule meetings with buyers before departure. We take care of the stand, payment to the organizer, samples and logistics.
For ESCs the deadlines are closer: selection for individual stands until December 1, 2026, preparation of a regional stand no later than July 7, 2027 (Order No. 2797 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Results of KazBuild 2026 (September 2–4, 2026) according to the ITECA report.
KazBuild is Kazakhstan's largest construction and interiors exhibition, held since 1994. It is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Construction and the Akimat of Almaty. The 2026 programme included a plenary session with the ministry, Gosekspertiza, KazNIISA and developers' associations, forums on building materials and urban development, the Big Window Forum and the Montazhnik Show, and an expo tour for specialists from the regions of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
KazBuild and Aquatherm Almaty run on the same dates at the Atakent Exhibition Centre with a joint business programme: construction and building services at one venue. One visitor ticket opens all the halls, so visitors to the neighbouring shows also walk past your stand. If your product sits between topics, we'll choose the show where you have fewer competitors and more target visitors.

A stand alone doesn't bring contacts. Preparation before the show and follow-up after it do, and that is the part we take on.
Through our agent network and industry databases, we look for distributors, importers and end buyers from Kazakhstan for your product. We vet each one, send them your offer and draw up a schedule of meetings at your stand for every day of the show.

Stand and buyer search. We approve the design, select and vet companies, and send out your offer.

Under Order No. 2797 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, selection for individual stands takes place before December 1 of the year preceding the show — that is, before December 1, 2026. KazBuild 2027 covers construction and interiors. Aquatherm Almaty 2027 takes place on the same days at the same venue. A stand is booked for a specific show, but visitors walk through all the halls. We'll suggest which section gives your product less competition.
Kazakhstan is an EAEU member: there is no customs clearance at the border with Russia, and common technical regulations and EAEU conformity documents apply. We'll confirm the specific procedure for your products and samples when we prepare the quote.
We schedule meetings in advance with specific companies that have confirmed interest in your product. Before the show you receive their list with a profile of each company. The outcome of the talks depends on your offer, but your stand won't be empty.
You pay us in rubles under a contract with a Russian legal entity and receive closing documents. We settle with the organizer and contractors in Kazakhstan ourselves.
In many regions, Export Support Centers reimburse SMEs for part of their exhibition costs or organize a regional pavilion themselves. We'll tell you what is available in your region.
Russian citizens don't need a visa for Kazakhstan; entry is possible with an internal passport. We arrange flights, the hotel and transfers.
Write to us. Within one business day we'll send you a cost estimate and a preliminary list of buyer types for your product.
Tell us what you make or, if you're from an ESC, how many companies you plan to bring. We'll reply within one business day.
