ESCs already bring their regions here — and neighbouring stands compete for the same buyer. In 2026 the show had 38 companies from eight Russian regions and 15 Chinese companies. The winner is the stand that buyers come to for pre-arranged meetings, not the one they walk past.

What BXG does

You negotiate. We do everything else

A stand alone doesn't bring contacts. Preparation before the show and follow-up after it do, and that is the part we take on.

01🤝

We schedule meetings with buyers before departure

Through our agent network and industry databases, we look for developers, construction companies and building materials distributors in Kyrgyzstan for your product. We vet each one: profile, volumes, interest. We send them your offer and draw up a schedule of meetings at your stand for all 3 days. You arrive with a schedule.

02🏗

A stand that works

Design for the task: where to show samples, where to negotiate, what to put on the façade. Construction, furniture, lighting, regional or company branding.

03💳

We handle all the payment hassle

We pay the organizer ourselves. You pay us in rubles under a Russian contract and receive a full set of closing documents. Deferred payment is possible.

transfer abroad, bank compliance checks, awkward questions from the bank
04📦

Samples arrive on time

We handle delivery of samples and materials to the stand in Bishkek and return shipping after the show. Within the EAEU — no customs clearance at the border.

Preparation for negotiations

Before the trip: a briefing on Kyrgyzstan's construction market, price benchmarks, a negotiation script. Talks are in Russian; a Kyrgyz interpreter is available if needed.

Flights, a hotel, transfers between the two venues of the show. Russian citizens don't need a visa for Kyrgyzstan.

Work after the show

We compile contacts into a spreadsheet, send follow-up emails and commercial proposals, and help take talks through to a contract and the first shipment.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the key questions

We're an ESC. What are the deadlines under the Order?

Under Order No. 2797 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, selection for individual stands takes place before December 1 of the year preceding the show — that is, before December 1, 2026. Preparation of a regional pavilion starts no later than 2 months before, that is, by February 13, 2027. Write now — we'll have time to prepare the documents and book the space.

Do we need customs clearance and certification?

Kyrgyzstan is an EAEU member: there is no customs clearance at the border with Russia, and common technical regulations and EAEU conformity documents apply. We'll confirm the specific procedure for your products and samples when we prepare the quote.

How do you guarantee meetings?

We schedule meetings in advance with specific companies that have confirmed interest in your product. Before the show you receive their list with a profile of each company. The outcome of the talks depends on your offer, but your stand won't be empty.

How do we pay?

You pay us in rubles under a contract with a Russian legal entity and receive closing documents. We settle with the organizer and contractors in Kyrgyzstan ourselves.

Can we get our costs reimbursed?

In many regions, Export Support Centers reimburse SMEs for part of their exhibition costs or organize a regional pavilion themselves. We'll tell you what is available in your region.

Kyrgyzstan's market is small. Is it worth going?

The country's construction industry grew by 29% in 2025, and the show attracts developers, distributors and public-sector customers. Besides, Bishkek is a convenient entry point to Central Asia: exhibitors include companies from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and China.

Do we need a visa?

Russian citizens don't need a visa for Kyrgyzstan. We arrange flights, the hotel and transfers.
